Brand guidelines for HomeSpotter

HomeSpotter already had pretty solid branding in place so the goal for this project was to refine and document. I worked on these guidelines with Nate Kadlac, the Creative Director at HomeSpotter at the time. We determined that the most important part of this project was to nail down only the essentials to the brand. Those being: logos, colors, and typography.

Some work was done on the product logos (Boost, Connect & Spacio) to clean them up and make them more consistent with each other. The colors were consolidated down to the main brand colors and secondary colors. For typography, we chose to move forward with Open Sans as the font to be used in the HomeSpotter branding. We did this because its modern, sans serif design, fit HomeSpotters’ values and existing design.
